Dr. Bhumesh Hirapara—also known as Dr. Boom—is the founder of BOOM Smiles and a proud local dentist who grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey. His passion for dentistry began early, following a high school internship where he discovered the unique blend of clinical care and business innovation that defines the field.
While his family owned a small liquor store, Dr. Boom chose to pursue his vision in dentistry—graduating from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2019 after completing his undergraduate studies at Drexel University. Within just six months of graduating, he applied his entrepreneurial mindset to acquire the patient charts and team of a closing practice, relocating and rebuilding from the ground up.
Dr. Ashna Tejwani is a dedicated pediatric dentist committed to creating positive, comfortable dental experiences for children and their families. She focuses on building trust early and helping young patients develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Dr. Tejwani completed her dental training at New York University, graduating in 2018. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey, before returning to New York University to earn her specialty in pediatric dentistry in 2021.
Dr. Saahil Brahmbhatt is a highly trained orthodontist dedicated to creating confident, beautifully aligned smiles through a personalized and comprehensive approach to care. At BOOM Smiles, he provides modern orthodontic treatment in a comfortable, patient-centered environment.
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Dr. Brahmbhatt graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Religious Studies. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.
Dr. Roshini Patel is a compassionate and dedicated dentist who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care at BOOM Smiles. She is committed to delivering a modern dental experience that prioritizes comfort, efficiency, and long-term oral health.
Dr. Patel earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at Stony Brook in Long Island, New York, where she advanced her clinical expertise in comprehensive dentistry.

This place is amazing. Very clean, the staff is friendly. Dr. Bhumesh was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly in simple terms to help me understand what was going on in my mouth. He has great bedside manner as well as his staff.
